Hello everyone, welcome to our Chinese kitchen! Today we are going to share a simple and delicious home-cooked dish - Spicy Stir-fried Winter Melon. Winter melon is rich in vitamin C and fiber, low in calories, and perfect for weight loss and maintaining health. We combine winter melon with chopped chili, millet pepper, garlic, and other ingredients to make a spicy, appetizing, and aromatic dish.
🔪 Ingredients:
500 grams of winter melon
Three to four green onions
Three cloves of garlic
Two millet peppers
Two tablespoons of chopped chili
One tablespoon of salt
One tablespoon of light soy sauce (about 7ml)
A little dark soy sauce (about 3ml)
One tablespoon of chicken essence (about 2 grams)
🔥 Steps:
1. Peel and slice the winter melon.
2. Chop the green onions, garlic, millet pepper, and chopped chili.
3. Heat oil in a pan, add winter melon, stir-fry, add salt, and fry for 2 minutes.
4. Add garlic, chili, and other ingredients, and continue to stir-fry.
5. Add light soy sauce and a little water to simmer.
6. Add dark soy sauce for color, season with chicken essence, and simmer for 1 minute.
7. Add green onion and stir-fry for a while before serving.
