6:00 The answer to your question is that "small talk" is only small if that specific thing is relatively unimportant to you. It could mean the literal world to someone else. Politics aren't taboo because it's "a big deal", it's taboo because you find out people are insane racists and can't rightfully fire them for their "political opinion". That's why it's taboo. Things are only as big of a deal as you make them.

for a real answer, its just kind of an industrial city. but quite low wealth. so you wind up with a lot of more rundown industrial areas. There's not grand stately homes but rather a lot of low income housing. its not your typical British tourist destination for sure. its quite sad in reality, to see how the workforce is exploited and not paid a competitive wage compared to the rest of Britain. leading to higher rates of poverty and in turn other factors like petty crime. it doesnt see much investment either, so its hard for the place to get put of the rut its in. and so it just gets dogged on for being rough round the edges.

The talk about microchip insertion being a "conspiracy theory" is yet another sad example of how utterly naive, misinformed and downright blind these three are when it comes to such matters. In case you didn't realize: RFID-chips the size of a ricecorn have been advertised and also implemented to volunteers about two years ago. Along with massive propaganda, ulitizing kids ("I feel like a cool cyborg!") and competitiveness ("Even India and other poor countries are further advanced in such matters, our nation is lagging far behind."). Not even knowing that but being quick to instantly jump onto the people who do is just sad. And proof that the government's misinformation and deflection through the use of terms like "conspiracy theorist", "the far right" etc. is working just fine. Guilt through association is preventing a lot of people from looking further into things and informing themselves past the streamlined and government-loyal public media. As for "What would they even use these microchips for?": governments all over the world have been pushing for the abolition of cash, replacing it with electronic and digital methods of payment. In general, everything "needs" to be digitalized". Those RFID-chips are a data storage that can contain pretty much anything. The transparent citizen, a wet dream of every globalist and politician. Every piece of information about the carrier imaginable. The possibility of conducting payments without cash or even a credit card etc. Sounds great, right? That's how this dangerous path is being promoted. It's so much easier and more comfortable. Until you disagree with your leaders, have the "wrong" opinion or similar. Then your life can easily be infringed on, by disabling certain perks and rights that the "good" citizens will be allowed to keep - if they shut up and obey. In China they already use an analog variant of this, a "point system". Who does what the government deems as "good" and "right" receives more rights and possibilities, "dissidents" are not able to enter certain shops and facilities etc. It's like Orwell's "1984" come to life. Don't be a fool and pretend that isn't going to happen in our great western democracies. Maybe you should have a closer look on your national government and their discussions about implementing such measures, the neverending digitalization / globalization etc. ::EDIT:: Of course something would be missing if the three protagonists didn't portray their firm belief in the Corona-hype by making fun of the informed population yet again. Funny how all those illnesses were completely dormant in the "Corona deaths" (people who died of ANYTHING but just happened to have contracted that virus) but now, all of a sudden they start breaking out. Almost sounds like a cover story... but nooo, our honest and caring politicians would never sell themselves out to the pharma lobby and keep bullshitting their underlings. That would be a cOnSpIrAcY tHeOrY, right?
