@@TriGon_Art hi, have you tried this method using Zbrush? kzbin.info/www/bejne/qKuWpa2gbN1pf8U
@TriGon_Art3 жыл бұрын
@@AngelSing-Zepol I've seen it before but I haven't tried it. Moving the cards around in brush looks like it be nice to do. But the lack of orginization and how destructive it is keeps me away from zbrush. I'm hoping on some updates to zbrush fodler system that we can ahev folders in folders. But still it's pretty destructive working in zbrush. So for now I prefer to do it in maya. But i'd love to do it in zbrush haha. I think we can all agree that modeling anything in zbrush feels really nice
@AngelSing-Zepol3 жыл бұрын
@@TriGon_Art What do you mean it is destructive? What can it destroy? as you say the organization of folders is missing, but you can see that they are working on adding the visibility control by groups, you can put plans to a folder and decide by groups what content to show.
@TriGon_Art3 жыл бұрын
@@AngelSing-Zepol It's a bit better with visibility groups yeah. But it needs folders inside folders to be effective at organazing. destrctive in the way as with bend curve it will eventually apply and you can't move the clump or hair card with those points anymore. o if you want to more or less segments and all that stuff. But you could do it in zbrush yeah. Just a matter of what you prefer for your workflow :)

wow, thank for the tutorial. I will see all videos... Guys anyone know how to create a flow/direction map texture?
@pinkkite97943 жыл бұрын
thank you for this, Trigon!! I am really looking forward to the next parts! I have a question: regarding the hair clumps (13:14) - isn't the cards intersecting each other there? I thought we need to make sure none of the geometry is clipping or intersecting with each other when using hair cards method. sorry if this is a silly question!
@TriGon_Art3 жыл бұрын
hey first parts it up already! The reason why we don't want intersecting cards is because you will get some weird effects ussualy. But if the cards are not that transparent intersections become less of a problem as it will be less visible. When you're making clumps you will see that the intersections we create don't look unnatrual so it's fine. The problem is more when two cards lay on top of each other. And they start clipping through each other

can i create what exactly you are creating using blender??? i like so much your content you are uploading
@TriGon_Art11 ай бұрын
Yes you can create the hair in amy software. Sculpting modele in blender on the other hand is still rough. For sculpting zbrush is far better

Hi, Can you make a tutorial on dreadlock hair in zbrush

@haroonlatif19943 жыл бұрын
@@TriGon_Art Thanks a lot and please do it in zbrush
@TriGon_Art3 жыл бұрын
@@haroonlatif1994 I don't think zbrush is a good software to create hair. zbrush lacks a lot of functionality in organizing and selecting. My worfkflow on any hairstyle would always be in an actual model software like maya,bleneder or whatever
