Chicken Garang Asem Recipe: Quick Cooking, Great Taste!

Today Teteh wants to share the Chicken Garang Asem recipe, a savory, spicy, and fresh specialty! With a combination of spices and starfruit, the sour taste is addictive. Plus the fragrant aroma of banana leaves, it's even more delicious! Come on, try the recipe!
Marinade Ingredients:
1 chicken, cut to taste
1 tsp powdered broth
1 lime
Spices:
15 shallots, sliced
9 cloves garlic, sliced
4 stalks lemongrass, cut in half & crushed
3 pieces of galangal, thinly sliced
2 pieces of ginger, thinly sliced
7 pieces of lime leaves
4 pieces of bay leaves
5 large red chilies, sliced diagonally
5 large green chilies, sliced diagonally
6 curly chilies, sliced diagonally
7 whole cayenne peppers
5 starfruit, cut into pieces
4 green tomatoes, cut into 4 pieces
1 red tomato, cut into 4 pieces
1 pack of instant coconut milk
500 ml water
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp powdered broth
1/2 tsp pepper powder
Other Ingredients:
1 tbsp basic white seasoning (optional)
Banana leaves to taste
