do you find the quad configuration preferable to a trike for use as a truck/grocery-getter? what about on a rocky beach scenario? I'm looking to ditch my motorized vehicle and use a human powered solution for travel, so it kinda has to be capable of everything. I'd consider something like a mule or yak, but that just isn't practical in the US.

I like this quad very much and I've looked over most of the online reviews. Very impressive overall but the one major concern I have is there are no online listings for spare parts and their costs. This looks to be a well made machine but parts eventually wear out or just break. Until I see a reliable online source for spare parts (to include their cost), I would be afraid to buy one.

@@TrikExplor As I said before, I like this quad very much but most of us know we need to do our own maintenance from time to time. So please publish an extensive list of spare parts and their costs as well as shipping costs. You currently don't have this in place. A customer should not have to ask for a list of spare parts. This information should be published online and made available for purchase. Thanks.

Not true. You sent me a broken Quadracycle right out of the crate. I have suffered through death, wobble rides, chains, breaking off the torque belt, snapping. Heck, everything was loose, and nothing was tightened. In addition, you can’t be shorter than 55 to ride it or otherwise the battery gets pushed right up to the post, and the only way to get it off is to lengthen the pole. In addition, the frame is too close to the chain so when the chain does come off, it gets caught between the frame, and it’s almost impossible to get off.

I bought mine and it was broken right in the crate. I’ve been dealing with a company for a year trying to get it fixed. It’s been 90% broken. No company in the United States will service these things or you’re going to have a very hard time finding one.

Biggest piece of crap I ever bought. Mine was broken out of the crate and had the death wobble. The front axel broke and the front tire fell off when I was riding. I also had a lot of trouble with all the chains. They kept falling off. The company will not honor their warranty. I wish I would have listened to the other people who said, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY but I did not listen. The companies video is a real teaser but do not trust it. I know you see it and so did I but it was constantly broken.
