I fully welcome the ICC. Yung kapatid po ng colleague ko napatay ang kapatid na lalake. Panganay nilang magkakapatid at single father na may apat na anak. Imagine apat ang anak. Ang matatanda na nilang magulang ang mga nagaalaga sa mga bata ngayon. Di ko alam ang edad nilang magkakapatid. Galit ako kay Duterte pero alam ko lubos ang galit ng pamilya nila dahil sa ginawa nila. Inosenteng tao, isang mabuting ama at kapatid nawala ng isang iglap. Dapat lang bayaran ni Duterte ang kasamaan nya. Hindi lang sa kaibigan ko pero sa buong Pilipino.
