Yes I know it is possible to do shakes (fast lip trills) on the trombone, I'm just not good enough yet!

As a trombonist i can tell that you can do a lip trill on the trombone

i play the clarinet and i’ll tell you, just trilling by going up an octave is the most fun thing ever- (it’s hella hard to do it though ☠️)

On trumpet I like to use my left hand to trill, even though you’re not supposed to. I’m left hand dominant and it helps me trill much faster if necesssary.

If you are left handed, that does makes more sense. Right handed french horn players might be in trouble though!

Have you ever looked into a left handed trumpet? They actually cost the same as a normal one too!

On horn we do lip trills, not finger trills. At least most of the time
