i USE THIS VENTILATOR. i HAVE A TRACHEOSTOMY, AND SO i'M ON A VENTILATOR AT ALL TIMES. aT FIRST WHEN i GOT THIS VENTILATOR, i WAS VERY VERY UNHAPPY WITH IT. iN FACT i WAS miserable ON THE VENTILATOR. wE WERE USING THE PASSIVE CIRCUIT, AND i WAS JUST NOT TOLERATING IT. wE SWITCHED ME OVER TO A dUAL lIMB CIRCUIT, AND SURE ENOUGH, i love the trilogy evo now!!! i'M NOT GASPING FOR AIR ON IT! great video!! great great wonderful vent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I desperatly need information on setting the EVO to AVAPS-AE with a AVAPS rate of 12. I thought I had this set but am told it was not. thank you for any help you can offer.

Go to modes and select AVAPS -AE. Then set rate 12.

I need some assistance. Philips Respironics wasn't any help to me. But I have the pulse oximeter USB device ability for my Trilogy. Now I have FULL clinical access, as I take care of my own settings, but I don't like not being able to see the Pulse oximetry waveform on my machine. There's a way to get access to that in waveforms view, but the idiot at Philips Respironics wouldn't tell me. I'm in Waveform view, and if I select the two waveform view, I get options for Pressure, Flow, and CO2. How do I get access to the Pleth/SPO2 Waveform?

No, In above case we can not use this ventilator. If you want to use neonatal patient on this ventilator, then it should fulfill following requirements; patient minimum weight should be 6kg and above, use dual limb circuit specially design for Infant (9-13mm) with SIMP or PC mode.

How do I remove the lock setting so I’m able to change the vent settings

press the upward arrow indicator besides time it will lock the screen to remove lock touch on screen and press yes for 3 seconds after which screen will get unlocked and you can change the vent settings.

Do you know how to turn the alarm sound completely off rather than just lowering it it’s extremely annoying during the day and doesn’t need monitoring

You can't stop sound completely. It for safety only. If you still want to stop sound then you should open it and disconnect speaker.
