@@lucyrickard9182 one of the reasons is not all scammers can be found and tracked. 2nd problem is extradition. even if the united states (or any country for that matter) has the evidence and if that scammer warrants extradition, the originating country may have the right to refuse. Bottom line is there has to be some form of agreement in order for the united states to do anything beyond the borders. 3rd - every country has their laws. no country has the right to make laws for another country (as far as I'm aware of). There's only so many options each country can protect their citizens from scammers or any other crime. This is one of the main reasons why presidents talk and/or visit other countries. They can't just do actions with a snap of a finger.
