Every project needs the right edge trim; Trim-Lok manufactures a variety of trims to meet your needs. Edge trims are designed to cover rough edges, available in a variety of dimensions and various thicknesses ranging from 1/64 inches to ½ inches. This video will show you how to measure and select the appropriate edge trim size for your project. It will also inform you on minimum bend radiuses, tips for installation and how to properly cut and miter the edge trim.
Edge Trims are suitable for applications such as van doors, machinery guards for computer cabinets and playground equipment. Made of flexible PVC with individual internal metal clips and gripping tongues help to provide a strong grip.

I am using it to cover the ends of exposed sheet metal roofing in our church children's play area. Is there an adhesive you recommend to help secure the edge to the metal?

Hi Mike, Unfortunately, any rubber or extrusion such as this is notoriously difficult to bond to any substrate. If you are using the correct edge trim with the required grip range there would be no need to use any adhesive. For example; If the sheet material is 5mm then you would require a trim with a grip range of 4.5-5mm or even 5-6mm to get a nice grip on your sheet material without the use of any adhesives. If you are adamant that you want an adhesive, then there are 2-part adhesives on the market which may work. these can work out very expensive as you will also need a special applicator fun to apply these which is also very expensive. This is called a pneumatic hammer. It applies trims and seals, eliminating the need for a variety of hammers and mallets.
