No matter what I do, when I either export or save and retrieve, I always get all the external crap with my artboard.

Yeah, there needs to be a crop tool for artboards, but even now there does not seem to be one for Illustrator.

You have to select the "use artbaord" when you're saving as.

@@leslienguyen98 Only work for certain file types though, doesn`t work if you`re saving as .AI or, in my case, .dwg
