Trimble Access Stakeout Point

Im having an issue where if I keyed in a point, for some reason, it wasn’t showing me where to go in the stakeout menu. When I go into point manager, it shows the point with the correct coordinates and elevation but in the stake out menu, it has question marks and doesn’t know where to go
