Good day sir. I've watched several of your videos and thanks for the demonstrations and advice. We recently purchased a SX10 and completed our first scan this week. We had about 40 station setups on a two storey commercial building with 36 rooms. When we bring the data into TBC we have a ton of scan noise. We are accustomed to some of that but this seems like an extradinary amount of scattering noise. Every time we look at Trimble videos they never seem to talk about it and their demonstrations alway seem to be noise free. Is it normal to have a lot of scattered noise in the scan and if so, how can we reduce it or get rid of it. As mentioned we only started working with this instrument this week so hopefully it's just a setting. Even our VX from 2016 didn't have this issue. Any advice would be appreciated. Cheers.

@@SurveyingWithRobert Thanks Robert. I own a traditional GIS company in the St Louis area and have wanted us to start surveying for years. Over the lat couple of months we are in the middle of standing up a surveying division in our company. We've landed a couple of Corps of Engineers surveying contracts and are trying to learn as fast as possible. Your videos are very helpful. I've been binge watching them every morning before work.
