Quick question brother this is dumb but do palm trees get hurt by the way they are cut? Like the green part on the top if you were to cut all that off with that kill the tree? Sorry I don’t know nothing about landscape

They grow from the top, so if you cut the top off it dies. Trimming lower limbs like he did in the video is fine though, it doesn’t hurt the tree.

LOL! No he won’t. He did NOT cut into the tree trunk, only the outer part of the fronds and those eventually just fall off anyway as the tree grows. He did a decent job and certainly made the tree look better.
