Trimming Chickens Primary Flight Feathers

All chickens no matter the breed have primary and secondary feathers. The primary flight feathers are the larger feathers at the end of their wings. They're typically hidden when their wings are folded up on their sides but when you span out the wing they're easily visible. Trimming chickens primary flight feathers to reduce flying is a pain free, fast and easy task anyone can do with a regular pair of scissors. I hope you enjoyed this video!
