The Pines at Lady Chancellor

The Lady Chancellor hill is one of, if not the most popular exercising location in Trinidad & Tobago. At any given day or time you’ll see people walking, running and even cycling….but have you ever wondered what’s beyond that chained barrier at the “top”…..Well my Trinbago peeps, lets find out together...
TIP 1: The Entire trail (with the exception of the super fit peeps) will take approximately 2 hours
TIP 2: You can park at the top of Lady Chancellor, but be weary of people walking/running on the road along the way up.
TIP 3: Monitor the weather because this can change the conditions on the trail.
Tip 4: Remember to hydrate, walk with water.
Tip 5: It gets pretty dark at night, therefore it’s recommended to do this before sunset

That other trail takes u further along the mountain range before a big ascending on a zigzag path up the mountain range . The views are the most stunning on this other trail. You come out way behind the flag. It's worth it for sure. I suggest you check it out another time. Will post our video up here in june so look out for it 🤗 nice vid bro! Stay safe.

At 2:16 " not sure where this goes"..... that takes you up and around to the top of Hololo Mountain Road, then down into St. Anns (by Massy or Christ church depending on which road you take)

Hi Trinbago vibes...this will be my first trip up to the pines can you give me the exact directions and possible some important landmarks.....btw do you have walk with your own rope or same was attached to the tree by a good Samaritan??

Hey, at the top of Lady Chancellor, the green sign at the beginning of the video is the start of the trail... which is an easy walk until you encounter some red flags....then it’s all uphill, the path is easily recognizable.... also you can take the path on the left of this sign, you’ll see a WASA tank, and it’s just to follow the path up (this is all uphill, but the views are spectacular)... so I would recommend coming down the WASA path instead

And you don’t have to walk with your own rope, but I do recommend water and to take some breaks as you make your way uphill

It took me about 2 hours, because I was taping and I relax a bit at the top, but on average I say about an hour to 1.5 depending on your fitness

It’s possible but It will be challenging, I would rate it a 7/10 for the average person, so safely ages 10+

They can definitely do the flat part, at least till the midway point, but will have to walk with water
