I can't wait to try your recipe. I use coconut powder & a can of sweetened condense milk. I roast the coconut powder on low heat then add the milk. When it comes together I add a dash of cardamom powder. I spread it on a pan and let it set in the refrigerator for an hour or so. Take it out, cut 'em n serve.

+Naiomie M Hey, I tried it that way and it's really delicious as well, but I prefer it with the heavy cream. I never cut them in squares though, will try that next time. Thanks!

I am not accustomed to this method. I usually make the sugar syrup (pag) until it is sticky and then add to milk.

I toast my coconut before adding it in. & instead of melting the sugar in water. I use fresh coconut milk instead
