Just the way my grandparents cooked and taught us. They hated conventional stoves. Every thing was fire side and fire on top and fire below

Every where else it's called a pizza oven. Isn't that a more sufisticated name than a dirt oven. I think it makes one feel more businesslike and elevated status. Sorry if I sound out of place.
