Pimento is a seeds/ corn it look very similar to black pepper corn but completely different in flavour. Black pepper corn a have kick to it, while pimento have cross flavour between nutmeg & cloves combined together.

@@SuziJacuzzie No; you're wrong! By your answer, I know that you're NOT Trinidadian.

Chica Chica, Pimientos (Capsicum Annuum) also called Pimentos are NOT sweet peppers or bell peppers; they're mostly called Pimentos in Trinidad and sometimes Seasoning peppers. If you do go to any Chinese Markets or groceries in Montreal, you'll surely get them; Toronto has a lot! You'd get them at groceries such as Sobey's, Loblaw's, Metro, Freshco, NO Frills and especially Danforth Market, which is Chinese owned. Good luck! Btw, I'm never out of Pimento seasoning peppers; they're so flavourful! Perhaps, I can mail some to you 🤔 I just got some information; you can try Kim Phat or Meli-Melo market in Montreal. Good luck again 🙏

This is not for the people or by the people. They would make this with his ingredients everywhere but in Trinidad. Saltfish, tomatoes, onion, and a little garlic are all that are needed, the rest is optional , the mustard idea he must have gotten from fast foof.

Why do you bastardize everything you put hand on, and call it Trini.
