I usually boil my dumplings in a separate pot because of all the starch since I am a diabetic. Then after it boil I put it in the soup. Taste just as good ❤❤❤

Hello Trini Chef Im looking at the cooking of the chicken soup. I heard your husband mention he will be going yo get you set of goods. Well may I suggest you get her CALPHALON TRI PLY STAINLESS STEEL POTS. I worked in a kitchen store many years ago when Calphalon first came out. We were given a complete demonstration about the product. I git a few and at the time they were Anodized Aluminum which was some of the because of they being Anodized they were safe and healthy compared to plain Aluminum. There are also several different styles now. They would be perfect for wonderful cooking. The pots are perfect for stewing as they work like ourvold fashion iron pots. Hope you try they. Regards 😊😊

Hi Ria I'm Ruth from Maryland and enjoy your cooking. I sent you a message fir your husband. You must try the Calpholan Tri Ply pots. I have had these pots for over 30 years, they are best. There are many different collections which I have owned and use on a daily basis. You will.not regret the investment. Plus the recent collections have glass covers, which you can see thru to check on your pot cooking. Try the stainless tri ply and the non stick . Akso use bamboo untensils to avoid scratches.
