Trini life with Vedesh family quick information watching 👀 the video I saw when you were frying the chicken 🐔 and shark 🦈, the pot they were frying in handle was facing outward rather inward. There were small children around it's a dangerous 😳 hazard for burn accident .FYI don't have your pot handle facing outwards but inwards averting any accidents.

I agree with you Vedesh... pastelles are overrated: TOO MUCH WORK. When I do feel for it, I make a pastelle pie, qtr of the work! I line the pan with green fig leaves and place a bowl of water in the oven, so it steams while it bakes, the cornmeal gets the SAME flavor. Nice to see Kavi, love Auntie Helen's top ... nice vlog, over nice people.
