Definitely top 5 videos on this particular part of the whole electronics recycling. I’d like to see one like this on the components that are NOT covered by everyone else. Like caps, resistors, special parts, etc.

Quick question, wouldn't it be better to just pulverize the mother board to a almost dust like powder and then go from there,what would be the benefit v the hassle? Thank you for your time kind sir
@TrinityGoldRecovery10 ай бұрын
Considering the intricacies of e-waste recycling, pulverizing motherboards into almost dust-like powder might seem efficient, but it comes with challenges. The benefit lies in better element separation using water-flowing vibrator trays, outweighing the potential hassle associated with a finer powder approach. Thank you for your question!

Do SMD transistors contain gold? (the small 3 legged components that are same or even smaller then mlccs)
@dfsilversurfer2 жыл бұрын
Well done . So much content in one vid and I'd like to comment on each item but I'd be here all day discussing the aspects religiously. Lol. So it's amazing how no matter how much we know there's always something more to learn. Just yesterday I put my kg of phone vibration motors in the cupboard thinking what to do with them. now I know. Thanks. You have confirmed that a lot of things aren't worth the time and cost . Yet here I am. At least in Australian dollars that $0.20 USD is worth $0.60 AUD to me. I would like to know after motherboards stripped clean what percentage of of precious metals are left in laptop or PC motherboards..... And is there an easier way to strip a iPhone. I've tried smashing and still end up having to unscrew those tiny screws. They are so strong. Oh and the phone screens are they worth keeping or?
@bbbruh8809 Жыл бұрын
Nice, where do you get so much free phones, I d like to get my hands on some too. I wouldnt throw the screens away, there could be some harder to refine precious metals

Have you tried to put iPhone on heat sand bath to melt the glue?

@@bbbruh8809 thanks for ur reply.i haven't tried sand bath but I'll look it up and give it a go. Mostly been collecting old broken phones and pc from friends any everywhere for about 20years . Now it's time to process it all. Some I've realized after identifying has gone from being scrap to being valuable as is . Some I've realized too late. Haha
