Glad I came across your video today! I found myself in a similar conundrum with a tunic I just bought recently from H&M. Just something stopping me from wearing it as-is, so I ended up doing a “peek a boo” as well! I put a spaghetti-strap sun dress underneath a short-sleeved button-up linen blend tunic, and only did the top 2 buttons up. The pattern of the tunic is a vertical irregular multi-stripe in dark blue on a white background, and it has long slits cut up both sides. The fabric of the maxi-length sun dress has a similar texture and almost identical color scheme, and the batik-like blue flower print of the sundress peeks through the side slits and the front of the tunic. It reminds me of Japanese yukata prints a little bit. Really happy with it, and it gives a bit of coverage to be able to wear it about town, as well as in and out of air conditioning without catching a chill. The contrast in prints give it a bit extra something as well. Thanks for the inspiration, Trinny! 🤗

Exactly. Surprised how much Zara she still purchases even though she has rooms and rooms of beautiful and well maintained clothes and shoes she hardly wears. I sometimes wish she would challenge herself to not shop for as long as possible and to only create outfits out of her existing items. That would be a greater test of creativity.
