Yes, after you reset the talent points, you get the monsters consumed to upgrade the talent points back, but they come back in their eggs. you can then get another chance of getting them shiny. Hope that helps

As it was mentioned by dremoed, you can also use those basic rollback potions you get from inside the pact (Group Deals Booth) for either free - gems or very few gems and then take the monster to 7 star, reset for 5 basic rollback potions for a 1 egg chance at getting the shiny. I did this for 2 of my monsters now for under 80 basic rollback potions (16 chances)

He is just the best dps on bosses. In PvP, he is way too fragile to stay on the fight, he will be nuked by enemy Lilith before do damage
