True that. I guess they prioritised safety over aesthetics. I would have gone for some ultra thick see-through glass for some sections of it.

Hahaha...this is OK because its solid steel, so the chances of things going wrong is very low. If its glass, then it's much scarier. There are a few developments that I've reviewed with glass ones.

Could you also review about the parcel receiving service? Does the lobby receive parcels on behalf of tenants whilst tenants are at work?

Not sure about this for Trion specifically. In my opinion, lobby should not be responsible in retrieving / keeping / collecting parcels. They can assist, but should not be liable if there are missing parcels. The right solution is to have proper lockers (of which there are many such providers, example: www.popbox.asia/service/collect)

This is still OK, as it is a steel bridge and its solid. If its a glass panel, it will be scarier. Of which, I recently did review a property which has a large portion on the sky deck which has these large see through glass panels. Gulp.

Haven't seen the lobby for Tower D. Is it very different from the one of Tower B? Mine my unit at Tower B is decent, not too far off from the one at Trion KL to be honest.

@@JackChang27 Tower D lobby is most unlikely compare with another 4 blocks. Expecially the abstract wall plaster, most owner and visitors are claim that look like garbage bag paint.. Material is plywood with plaster look very cheap

@@JackChang27 Already email them, but they always use their slogan "after carefully studies" very proud with the design, they said is use Earth element, unique compare with others blocks.. But Earth still many can be use, not only plywood & plaster! also you may check the finishing is terrible not nice.. Problem is all residents and visitors all embracing with that abstract garbage paint!
