Just received it. Good, thick, tall, leather bag. Ample space inside. Laptops, some clothes and whatnots would go right in. Must see how it weathers. They give hooks. Four of them. 2 long and 2 short hooks. It would probably fit most bikes. Must not expose it to water and muck though. Would ruin it. Classic presentation. Liking Tripmachine products more and more. Oh, and I got the magnetic tank bag too. Just mobiles and coolers would fit. Just the bare necessities. Purse, ID's, Papers...as such. Kudos to Siddharth for creating such products.

You should make that the horizontal back strap that attaches the suspenders to protect them (in motorcycle bag mod) is detachable in the center so that it can serve as a chest belt when carrying the bag.

Question: what is stopping the bag from leaning inwards and rubbing against the wheel?

It's a man bag don't think too much rubbing here or there. Very soon I will be getting one for my self

The interceptor has a more upswept exhaust than the bonnie. I Wonder if it would get damaged.

Is the Backpack Pannier fixed enough for a wild ride? Or can it skidding and bring the rider out of balance? Kind regards, Henry

Excellent thought and kudos for research and the end product. With a backpack on your shoulders its not convinient to ride more than 50kms. I used this backpack as a saddlebag on my gt 650. Too easy to mount on fixed hooks and very convenient to ride. If it's not leather it can be mounted as saddlebag as the silencers are freaking hot. And it's pure leather so it can't be exposed to water. But yesterday I stuck in a heavy rain. Even though bag is covered with a waterproof cover, water went into the cover from backside. Luckily only little water entered the bag and no electronics were damaged. I rubbed till the water evaporates and kept it outside for sometime. Have to see what will happen.

When hipsterdom meets bad design, it looks like this. The bottom part of the bag needs another buckle too to avoid the shake and also those metal buckles are far from being reliable.
