TRIP REPORT | Air Canada - Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner - Toronto (YYZ) to Los Angeles | ECONOMY

Welcome back to another trip report!
For the first time on my channel, I got to fly and review Air Canada, the flag carrier of Canada. I enjoyed flying on the Dreamliner, and definitely see it as a similar aircraft to the A350. They both offer a terrific experience, and are noticeably quieter from the previous generation of wide bodies. Air Canada itself, however, is not all that impressive. The staff and check-in portion of the flight are certainly a positive, but with common delays, no food items to offer as complimentary (on a 4.5 hour flight), and a tight configuration with mediocre legroom, Air Canada has some room for improvement. Personally, it seem like other Canadian airlines, like WestJet, are more consistant in their service, and I would love to compare their Dreamliner experience to the one with Air Canada.

Quality of food for purchase: 8/10

Cool Video! I actually flew exactly the same route in may of 2018. I flew from Toronto to Los Angeles with Air Canada. And guess with which aircraft... a 737 MAX 8. It was only a few weeks old back then.

Thanks for watching! I flew the MAX 8 to Vancouver but for this trip, I was certainly happy it was the Dreamliner.

dinamar dos santos You must be masochistic! AC is simply the worst airline I have ever flown - cocky, self-centered personnel, at times very rude... Plastic wrapped & heated “food”, no wonders why are Canadians all so fat! pfffh, asking myself, what’s wrong with you... try Lufthansa or Singapore... even Air China is better... 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪
