great video. how was the customer service, and seat comfort. did you check in a bag

@duaneowens7777 Thanks very much for your comment! Customer service was great, seat was comfortable and delighted there was no IFE box under the seat. I only flew with a cabin luggage though. Crew were helpful and attentive to details. Are you flying with them soon?
