i think the reason why they keep the lights on during landing and takeoff is for the passengers to be able to be alert when they're needed to be as these parts of the flight are when accidents mostly occur.

This is better than PR CEB-MNL-YVR. If you are an alaska airlines Oneworld member you're routed as CEB-HKG-SEA since Oneworld doesn't do CEB-NRT-SEA. To JFK from CEB Korean Air = CX = SQ > PR

Let me just remind you a plane that was name Korean air that has overruned runway at Cebu international airport while circleling for 3 attempts while it was at late touch down and there were still at 80 knots (148) and sadly they crashed to the pole but luckily no one was injured Cause:bad wheatear Deaths:0 Survivors:162
