I had very good experience trip report swiss air.
While Lufthansa got a 5-star rating from Skytrax, Swiss only has a 4-star rating. The reason? Nobody knows. Because Swiss is certainly a much better choice when flying long-haul. Fantastic catering including a massive self-service snack bar, comfortable and modern seats and they're often not even too expensive to fly on!
