✈ Trip report |TUI B767-300 | Flying the TUI 767 before they are retired | Manchester - Alicante ✈

Jon me as I fly on TUI and their Boeing 767, this aircraft is due to be retired at the end on the summer season 2023, so I really wanted to catch a flight on it before its retirement from the airline.
It was an early start, take off was at 06:00 tho we took off over an hour late due to the TUI aircraft in-front of us missing its take off slot, we were stuck behind it at the runway, this then meant that we missed our take off slot, due to this we then had to taxi to the other runway for take off as they had switched runways.
The seating on this aircraft is very tight, being in a 2 - 4 -2 layout, seating around 324 passengers, luckily the aircraft now only flies mostly y short haul flight's the longest being Cape verde. That being said it was a comfortable flight.
The flight itself was nice and smooth, once we left a wet Manchester.
Overall tho I enjoyed my flight on the TUI 767, it is a shame that they are retiring them, but they will live on as cargo aircraft.

Good old Alfie took me and my mum to Dalaman in turkey and then Sunshine brought us back half to go on both of them

In Netherlands, there is still 1 767 flying of Tui Airlines. I flew it in 2023, and I will fly the same plane again in a few months. It will be 24 years this year

Brill video Elliot- we are flying back tomorrow on a TUI 767 from Boa Vista. We flew out on G-OBYF a few weeks ago glad to get them before they go!
