On domestic widebody flights there's a certain row in economy with extra legroom which is used as a crew rest seat on ultra long flights but not on regular flights

Less than $100 for a 4 and a half hour domestic flight is cheap and it's worth it.

No, this is the 777-200ER with GE90 engines, and not the 777-200 with PW4000 engines.
