Flying a nice Wide body on a domestic Flight is always a nice perk.

I took this flight but from Washington to Chicago and our flight was delayed by 1 hour and 40 minutes because the plane we were supposed to be on was changed to be assigned to go to San Francisco and we had to wait another hour or so for another 787-8 to arrive from Accra, Ghana

We didn't get even a bag of pretzels in economy on that flight lol. They only gave us drinks

This is probably a 787 being repositioned for maintenance or to serve an international flight (probably one of the Dreamliners that flies to Africa or the Middle East).

This 788 runs daily, the inbound came in from IAD too

Yeah this flight is daily although it uses a different plane everyday and each plane doesn't fly that route even once every two weeks

Yes, United has a fantastic selection of boarding music playing top hits from the 80’s through early 2000’s. It’s only on their widebodies though
