All people born in venezuelan territory are considered venezuelans as a right of birth (ius-solis), including people born in Guayana Esequiba. Even venezuelan laws allow for double nationality if such case applies (ius-sanguinis for example). It only takes to formalize the id as all venezuelans do for nearly a century (the id system is called Saime - Sistema Administrativo de Identificación, Migración y Extranjería). Once the venezuelan nationality is recovered in a formal way, a person born in Guayana Esequiba can live, travel, set up business (Seniat offices) or work anywere in the country like any other venezuelan. We will not always have the current regime....
