I am an Arab and my mum wears hijab and the tip is how about when it is hot make a great desicion find a taxi and just if it is also cold just put on warm clothes and find a taxi and go where ever you want

LOL! Here in Dubai no one, male or female, "walks to the Mall" during the hottest 3 months of the summer. Humidity is effing high! Drive, take a cab or use the metro. In winter it's a diff story though.
