most beautiful places, unreal place, best travel destinations in the world
what are some of the best places in the world to travel to? where in the world are the best places to travel ?
1. Lincoln Memorial
Very nice since the memorial is a great place to take pictures in front of (both the lincoln memorial and the statue of abraham lincoln) You can also see in the back a huge statue of Abraham Lincoln is there since people thought he was the best president which is y they made this. Although it does take a bit of walking and there are a lot of stairs to get there but the view is amazing.
This is also the center for the most viewed memorials in D.C
2. World War II Memorial
If you walk down a bit from the Lincoln Memorial, you can find the World War II memorial, which is a beautiful place with a bunch of water fountains. It also lists a lot of the countries that were in aid and assisted in the world war II
You also get a close up shot of the Lincoln Memorial and is great for taking pictures there too. Also during the walk it is highly likely to see ducks and other animals in the small lake if you walk across.
3. Korean War Memorial
Great place to visit, and is very informative. We learned a lot and was very beautiful. We took our time looking at the countries who helped in the Korean war and looked at the statues of the soldiers. We even took some time to look at the names for those who have passed and were a huge help to this war that was halfway across the planet from us.
4. U.S Capital
Although it wasn't seen much, when we went to the World War II Memorial and the Lincoln Memorial, it was there right behind the tall memorial. It was quite beautiful, and it was perfectly aligned with the Lincoln Memorial Tower
5. John Ericson Memorial
We saw a lot of these statues all over D.C., and it was really nice to see them. One of which was, of course, the Ericson Memorial, which was very nice. We were lucky enough to park right in front of it in order to see it, but if we had gone somewhere else, we would have definitely seen some other statues with that too.
