Wow Betty,im so happy for you. I took the train last year for the first time just for adventure lol because, in my mind, I only remember the old KR trains that took like forever. The only negative with the train is their station, for someone who does not know Nairobi( lol I grew up in Kiambu but that was like forever ago)the station is a bit out of the way, not only in Nairobi but also the Miritini Station in Mombasa was an issue. Anyway, enjoy for me too

Tickets are 4500 ksh per person..Nylah paid half price....economy is cheaper but we enjoyed first class experience. And the toilets are super clean just like in the aircraft
