My experience of San Francisco 20 years ago for a short visit was that no one knew the time. I was constantly getting asked if I knew what time it was. I had a watch on so yes, yes I did.

Its disgusting that the city mayor and officials have allowed san Francisco to be like this. They need to clean up the street and move these homeless out. These homeless peoples need to be put in housing somewhere. Other cities in the United States have take the homeless off the streets and developed a system to keep the homeless off the streets. The homeless people are destroying the city. San Francisco was a beautiful city years ago!!!

I used to stay at the Phoenix on Larkin and Eddy for extended periods of time for work in the late 90’s early 2000’s. It was bad, but not this bad. And the loin is City wide now, it used to be contained in the loin and upper haight

Its only a problem if you dont live like this..... some people choose to live like this and they should be helped out. Like someone could purchase the used couches from Thrift store around the bay area, and put them out all over San Francisco so people have a comfortable place to sit down....and add some burn barrels, so people can stay warm and burn up some of the trash laying around. I plan on taking a load of used furniture downtown and dumping it this weekend....join me.
