Thankyou Sir this was very supportive having a compromised immune system and hypothyroidism plus non alcoholic fatty liver. Triphala organic powder I have used which helped elimination. I will buy the capsules next purchase because I found the powder gritty and bitter! I will take capsules after meal times as this will probably help with bile flow. I experience a dull ache on my right side due to gall stones. This happens if I eat too much cheese etc.. Thankyou again. 🙂✨👍
