Would you say this pack would be worth it at the MSRP of $240? Minus the slight internal defect. in general, the issue I have currently with TAD is their company seems to be in flux in terms of ownership. When you start paying a premium for products you want to know the company is going to be around long enough to back their warranty at least that’s my feeling.

Appreciate the question! As luck would have it, I just reviewed a TAD Fastpack Lite Speed today! Honestly, at $240, the Scout leaves a lot to be desired IMO. It's small, not particularly comfortable (strap design is pretty strange - only attached by the webbing), and therefore has a very limited use case. Worth every cent of $50, but there's no way I would personally pay $240. The Litespeed, by comparison, is a ~$400 pack, and is relatively basic in layout, but it's built like a tank, and it looks great! I really enjoyed my day with it! I personally don't think TAD is going anywhere, and even with the change in ownership, the quality of their offerings remains of the highest standard. If you see something you like, I'd say you can buy with confidence, but I don't have a crystal ball. Hope that helps!🤙

@@FlawlessActivity Helps a lot! Will check out your thoughts on the Lite Speed. I also really like the Ultra 400TX fabric, so their Axiom S2 Black Magic looks very appealing. Always wanted one of their packs. The Ultra 400TX makes it even more compelling!

@@neobooger the Black Magic Axiom is a really awesome pack! If I wasn't already overflowing with too many, I probably would have picked one up. I personally love the look of the Litespeed I just got, but I would say the Black Magic Axiom is objectively the best out of all of them. Good luck with your search!
