That is actually normal, the drogue basket on the 135 is an attachment that gets screwed onto the end of the boom, so it is just hanging there, it doesn't retract like the hose on the KC-10 and KC-46, they call it the "Iron Maiden" among other things

while on FR24 looking up ISP. I spotted two UAL 767-400ER that departed EWR. One to DUB (Dublin) and the other to LIS (Lisbon) . 400 ER variants must be rare. Also TAP A330-900 NEO to Portugal. 3 Southwest TOGA's in a row. minimums must have been reached and still couldn't see the runway.
