You can combine the 2, the Striker cards make for good board breakers while giving you bodies for the Orcusts, while the Horus cards discard both spells and Orcust monsters to synergize with both engines. I've been testing striker horus Orcust for a while now even without the banlist and it's shockingly competent, even moreso now since boardbreaker cards are looking stronger than handtraps.

Horus orcust is quite strong and probably underrated as people tunnel themselves on only photon lord and the zombie vampire for rank 8s If you play the other two horus names you can also make smth like a hope harbinger or sanaphond, the latter is an ftk against fire decks Summoning 3-4 horus monsters insread if 2 is also often much better going 2nd And even if you only play 2 horus names, these two should probably be in the extra anyway

@@andrejv.2834 I personally play 3 Horus names and I agree that it feels so much better than 2 names. One can easily take out the 3rd Return cause that shit bricks anyway since it is a HOPT and needs an orcust and then replace it with Duamutef. Hapi + Imsety + Duamutef = OTK on it's own.

Rogue posiblemente. Snake-Eyes está casi completo, y Melodious en OCG subió de Tier pero gradualmente fue bajando. En su mejor momento llegó a Tier 2 pero ese lugar solo se lo daría a Voiceless en caso se mantenga igual de predominante Snake-Eyes.

You can add Scrap recycler or Dangers! like in the old times✌😋 Just make sure to also add Barricade Blocker to the extra deck to send from hand any Orcust card.

I have a lot of doubts about "pure" Orcust being even remotely good enough to play against most rogue, tier 2, or meta decks.

Look, I think Linkuriboh ban hurt this deck a lot more than some people think. Being able to threaten SP off just Harp was great going 2nd, and now Link Spider simply doesn't have enough applications to be worth it. Does it kill the pure build? No, Girsu just isn't as good of a card because he can't threaten board breaking going 2nd, while Harp being back to 3 gives the pure build the ability to run more copies of return and maybe allure for more draw power. Overall I'd say this list was a net positive. However, to say that Pure Orcust is better than Horus Orcust is laughable. Horus gives you on demand discards, protection from every handtrap not named Imperm, and a form of consistency with Zombie Vampire if need be. Plus free bodies and a form of non monster removal for Chaos Angel.
