Yum! My daughter loves raspberry anything, guess I need to add this to my cookbook. And I would love a video on making raspberry jam. I hope to actually get some raspberries this year, we have bushes but didn't get much last year.

Hey people, if you wanted a triple dose of chocolate, in addition to the chocolate cake and chocolate ganache, you could make a chocolate frosting too! I would personally make a triple chocolate cream cheese buttercream. I would use 2 cups of strong brewed coffee, 1 1/2 cups of cocoa powder, 1 pound of melted dark chocolate, 2 pounds of powdered sugar, 3 packages of cream cheese, 3 tablespoons of vanilla extract, 3/4 cup of milk, and 2 pounds of unsalted butter.
