Not a doctor, but I think your stomach is just too acidic. Do you follow an otherwise healthy diet? Do you exercise? Stress? A lot of things contribute to acid reflux & heart burn.

Is there any solution or recommendation for dealing with the shits? I love serious spice, but my digestive system doesn’t. As I’m sure is the case with many other people. I can’t really go any hotter than habanero and even that scorches my asshole the following morning. This might seem like comedy to some people, but I’m dead serious and would love some recommendations that have worked for other people. Thanks.

Ease into it. Line your stomach with a resilient fat source like yogurt, milk, or heavy whipped cream. Occasionally, indulging in a pineapple can also do the trick!
