Because it takes too long to keep up early game with other builds if you're stacking multiple items, so it's basically just very risky vs buying items that give you immediate results

Unless you have early game pressure like good lane clear abilities or ability to survive for absurd late game then it's very risky because losing momentum in this game snowballs you to an easy loss
