Judging from all the people with cameras in the foreground, there are a lot of rail fans in your area. Those houses situated by the tracks near the crossing would be a rail fan's dream. Just sit on your porch with a beverage of choice and enjoy!

+olentangy74 This spot is a major railfan hangout just north of Cincinnati. A public parking lot is next to the tracks with a couple benches and a great restaurant. This is a real nice area. I wish someone would open up a bed and breakfast here. Thanks for watching!

+Jaw Tooth Southern Southern Ohio really has a lot to offer rail fans with the hills, curves and a lot of trestles and rivers.Florida does not have the geography you have up north, but the weather sort of makes up for it. lol. Are you a railroader by profession?

olentangy74 No it's just a hobby. I applied a couple times but never heard anything back. I worked for a health dept and retired. Florida is definitely the place to be in the winter. I was there 3 times this winter and next winter I want to stay most of the winter. I love the weather there. Snow and ice are not my thing. Lol

I go there a lot to railfan to and yes there are usually 10-15 rail fans there everyday counting the same people though resource from the volunteers at the preservation museum across the street (the old train station)
