Good morning Ben. You are like a magician. I never know what kind of rabbit you’re going to pull out of your hat when I watch your videos. What an impressive attachment you built to overcome an issue on the farm. Growing up I only spent a small amount of time on a working farm. It’s quite impressive to see how much knowledge you have learned your parents. I really enjoyed all the steps you’ve shown us in the process of producing hay, from beginning to end. I have three (3) KZbin channels I love, and yours is one of them. Thank you for sharing your acquired knowledge with us. God bless.

I really appreciate the nice comment and I’m Thankful to have you as a viewer! Back before a loader we did lots of thinking outside the box for loading hay and logs! I’m going to show some more of those methods eventually. Have a wonderful day!

Just ordered a basic one off ebay. Going to combine with a rear scoop to make a higher lift loader. I want to at minimum dump into a wheel barrow or garden cart to deliver material where tractor is prohibited. At best into a small pickup.
@patr10t7627 ай бұрын
It is done and works better than expected. Three loads in a garden cart pulled by the lawn tractor in minutes rather than driving one load at a time. With my hinomoto e16 I get 4 1/2 feet of lift.

Good video. Just bought one of these at a farm auction last month for my tractor. I am gonna use it on my Massey 175. I was hoping it would go high enough to double stack. Not sure now after watching this video.

It’s hard to double stack on a top deck trailer, but with a 175 you might get enough extra height so you can. Thanks for watching

@@khtractors Well I have a front loader on a John Deere 4400 compact tractor I could put on a top row with but my bales really push the limits of that little tractor so I only use it when I absolutely have to. I have plans to get a loader on my larger John Deere when and if the $$$$ ever gets available. Lol. With the way things and prices are headed now it may not happen for a long while.🤔🙄😢

Yes I’ll try to do that. Send me an email to khtractors@gmail.com. I’ll get you the measurements along with pictures and send to you that way. Thanks
@jonathanmccroskey36593 жыл бұрын
I have never liked hooking them up. They seem to want to smash fingers. I'd be curious to see how you put it on and then take off when your not using it.
@khtractors3 жыл бұрын
They can be frustrating. I first unhook the top link or Jack from between the spear and scissor, then hookup the lower lift arms and tilt it into the top link hole on the tractor. Sometimes having to raise or lower the lift arms to get it aligned correctly. Then reattach the top link or Jack. On the 245 the lift arms lower to the ground and everything lines up perfectly. On some tractors you have to remove the drawbar hitch. Thanks for watching!
@seanbernard2361 Жыл бұрын
This is great Do you know if this increases or decreases the lifting capacity of your tractor, or doesn't change it? If this has already been asked I apologize,.
@khtractors Жыл бұрын
It will decrease the lift capacity some because of the distance behind the tractor. But it’s a super handy tool for hay. Thanks for watching
