Car is definitely a psa 6 now. Seriously though, I'm sorry to hear that happened to you. I had a similar thing happen a few months back when a lady missed the stop sign in front of my house and went through the fence. Love the content! Also love how you point out flaws in cards before you sell them! I had a great time at the show. You are correct, the main room was very hot. Hope to see you at future shows!

This is off-topic, but I was in Hampton Roads Virginia back in June 2024 for my daughter's college graduation, a place I was stationed twice, when I served in the U.S. Navy 30 years ago. As I do anywhere I go, I hit garage sales and flea markets on Saturday mornings, which drives my wife crazy. I drove up to this house where a lady had table on both sides of her drive way and she was removing PSA, BGS and SGC graded cards out of literally ten showcases. I politely asked, "If you don't mind, why are you removing the cards? Did they sell?" "No, these are my soon-to-be ex-husband, who had been planning to go to some big time sports cards show, but he was arrested for molesting my niece and he's been in jail without bail for three months now. I wanted to sell these cards, but his brother is coming by to pick up all these cards, had you showed up an hour ago, you could have purchased any of these cards. BUT, the show cases are mine! Because he used my credit card to pay for these ten brand new showcases that he never used once!" I asked, "What are you asking for he showcases?" "I don't know, I just want to get rid of them, as I cannot take them with me, Can you give me $40 each?" "I have $300 cash on me, but i can..." I said before she cut me off. "Just give it to me, I'll take it!" she immediately replied. So, I ended up buying ten brand new 34 inch wide showcases that were listed for $129.99 to $169.99 each on several websites, for $300.00 cash were so new, they still had plastic on them. BTW, I saw some of the cards she was removing from the cases, when i walked up and everything was either PSA, BGS, SGC 10s or 9's at worse. Her soon-to-be convicted, low-life husband had a massive collecting of very nice modern cards. I wanted to stick around just to see if her ex-husband's brother was actually going to show up, just to see if she changed her mind on selling those graded cards, but again, i had my daughter's college graduation to attend, but I remember her address.Would it have been creepy of me to return to the house later and asked if she still had the graded cards? I wanted to do so, but my wife wouldn't let me.

😂I understand your pain. When I buy new cards of great players, they tend to get hurt or get arrested😅😂 lol

Wow talk about a rough weekend, sorry brother! And I share the same opinion as you when it comes to PSA 9’s, I’ve had people try the same approach and say the 9 is worth less to try and to get it for a lower price; I told them to buy a raw and see how that goes because generally they are raw for a reason 😒

Well said. Especially on the hot cards, I become more skeptical after a certain amount of time has passed and I see one raw. In a world where people will grade anything with any potential, I'd argue most of the case hits out there are still raw for a reason.

Great video. I'm just curious, but I've noticed that you stopped bringing your own showcases and started renting. For our shows the promoters want $25-$50 per case per day for rental. What made you switch?

I'm using my friend's showcases while he's on hiatus for free. I would only rent if I was flying to a show
