I was pleasantly surprised by this album. Girls’ Capitalism might be my favourite tripleS title track so far, it just has that fun, carefree vibe I love, and I love the melody of the song. The MV is easily tripleS' best so far, a perfect blend of comedy, social commentary, and visual appeal. I love that the intro track connects directly to ASSEMBLE's album outro Chowall (Transcendence). The way that tripleS' intros and outros link to each other makes listening to them in order very rewarding. Here, it also draws an intriguing narrative - that tripleS have Assembled, Risen, and then Transcended to Muhan (the symbol of infinity), implying tripleS infinite potential. This neatly ties back to their slogan “The idol of all possibilities”, and I love thay kind of thoughtful planning. The album outro is the 8th track “Number 8”, which draws focus back to the infinity (Muhan) concept of the album - as 8 is just a rotation of the ♾️ symbol. Love the use of Korean instruments and I'm intrigued by how EVOLution will expand on that sound. Standout b-sides for me were Black Soul Dress and Speed of Love. The instrumentals for both hit really hard, love the production. Cry Baby was my least favourite track, and seems a little misplaced on the tracklist - perhaps it would fit better if placed closer to Girls’ Capitalism? Loved the reaction as usual 💚

number 8 is likely a teaser for their next sub-unit coming out in october! they have 16 revealed members as of now and they split them up into lovelution and evolution

my first listen i was soooo taken aback bcs the intro AND the title was such bright songs that i didnt expect the rest of the album to be SOOOO DARK AND MELLOW cry baby was the only song i got on first listen bcs what's not to like about it it's very poppy but it's not until my fifth listen i got the vibe of the rest of the songs in the album and i love it now
