I am using bergner for more than 3 years .I have done all the recipes you have mentioned.But I don't have any complaint as you said. Try to use in the induction stove with minimum flame,so that the complaints will not come and you can also save money.Eb is lesser than gas

Triply cookers are waste of money because cookers already have 3 layer base. Instead of triply kadai, go for cast iron kadai. Cast iron is easy to manage in comparison with triply steel. I am speaking from experience. If I want roast or fry food over a long duration of time, triply is great but doesnt provide any added advantage over cast iron. When it comes to cooking food that takes shorter duration to cook, triply takes a lot of time and lot of fuel is wasted for no reason. Just go for ordinary steel kadai.

Yes.. all triply need extra oil. Even then sometimes it will get burnt. We need to watch very closely and always cook in low heat. Only advantage of triply that I feel is they are easy to clean and maintain.

Sis, we showed Indus Valley Kadai, and we tried Solara kadai which is also good. pricing starts at 1200, it will vary by size.

@@chandrikachandu7048 cast iron will act like non stick if you properly season and preheat the kadai before adding ingredients. Regardless of material of utensil, maintaining proper heat through out the cooking process is mandatory to prevent sticking of food.
